Dandruff is not only itchy, and uncomfortable, it can also be embarrassing. Special dandruff shampoos will do the job over time, but let’s be honest: most have a give-away smell, they take several uses to start working, they are not cheap, you have to keep using them, and Ladies, if you use products to enhance your hair color you know that dandruff shampoo will strip that color out of your hair in no time.
Try Apple Cider Vinegar instead. It will take care of a dandruff problem quickly. It is inexpensive, all natural, easy to use, your hair color won’t suffer, and it will leave your hair beautifully soft.
Mix Apple Cider Vinegar with water in equal parts. 1/4 cup of water to 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar is a good amount for an application. Spray it on to the affected areas, massage into the sculp, wrap your head with a towel and wait 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes rinse, shampoo and condition as usual.
For a bad case of dandruff start off by doing this 3 days in a row. After that just once or twice a week for upkeep.
This really works. You will love the way your hair feels. I know I did.
